Backyard Fun

One of the awesome things about living in a house is a private backyard. Not one that you share with 13 other apartments! No more telling the kids they can't dig or yell or run or to stay out of other people's patios. It's been really relaxing and enjoyable for all of us.

Maayu has been enjoying the kiddie pool. She loves to fill it up on her own, in fact, she's very adamant that she fills it up on her own.


Joshua and Nathan are enjoying the mud. Alex helped them make a little mud pit. Joshua explains it like this:

"It has a little stream that leads to the main swamp and a dam to ensure the water doesn't get out. There's another stream that leads to a giant pit. And then there is a cave outside that leads toward the pit, like a tunnel."



And thanks to Uncle Jordan there is now a bunker for G.I. Joe's or Clone Troopers.
